Mandatory Open-Boxing Video

A clear, continuous open-boxing video is mandatory for any exchange request

The video must show the package opening and the product clearly

Without an open-boxing video, no exchange request will be accepted
Shipping Charges for Size Exchange

If you ordered one size and later request a different size,
all shipping charges (return & re-dispatch) will be paid by the customer -
Shipping charges are non-refundable

Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection
