At Cosmo1111, we ensure every product is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchange requests are accepted only for size issues or manufacturing defects

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • To request an exchange, email us at support@cosmo1111.com with your Order ID


Mandatory Open-Boxing Video

  • A clear, continuous open-boxing video is mandatory for any exchange request

  • The video must show the package opening and the product clearly

  • Without an open-boxing video, no exchange request will be accepted


Shipping Charges for Size Exchange

  • If you ordered one size and later request a different size,
    all shipping charges (return & re-dispatch) will be paid by the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Exchange will be processed only after the product passes quality inspection


Size Availability

  • If the requested size is not available,
    store credit will be issued

  • Store credit is non-transferable and non-refundable

  • No cash or bank refunds


No Return Policy

  • Cosmo1111 follows a strict no-return policy

  • Returns are not accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Style or color preference

    • Incorrect size selection by the customer


Exchange Not Applicable If

  • Request is made after 24 hours of delivery

  • Product is used, worn, or damaged

  • Original box or tags are missing

  • Open-boxing video is not provided


Cosmo1111 reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request.
All decisions made by Cosmo1111 shall be final.
